10月後半、ご縁があって韓国に行ってきました！I was lucky to be invited on a trip to Korea in late October.
３泊4日、明洞のど真ん中のホテルに滞在、美味しいものをこれでもか、というほど食べてきました！I stayed at a hotel in the middle of Myeongdong for three nights and ate so many delicious foods during this time!
初日、午後に到着して、夕飯には韓国芸能人もよく訪れるというチゲ専門店に。On the first day we arrived in the afternoon and had dinner at a jjigae (Korean hot pot) restaurant where celebrities often visit.
辛味がちょっと苦手な私ですが、定番の海鮮チゲが美味しかった！I’m not very good with spicy food, but the seafood stew was so good!
どこを旅しても茶道具を探してしまう私、2日目には利川にある青磁の窯元を訪れました。Whenever I travel I always look for tea utensils, so on the second day I visited a celadon kiln in Icheon.
美しい青磁に囲まれて、いくつか好みのものが見つかってラッキー！Surrounded by beautiful celadon, I was lucky to find some of favorite items!
このギャラリーのお兄さんオススメの冷麺は、人生で一番美味しい麺だったかも。The naengmyeon (Korean cold noodles) recommended by this gallery staff may have been the best noodles I have ever had in my life.
夜のサムギョプサルは、豚肉の厚みに迫力あったなぁ。The samgyeopsal (pork belly) that we ate that night was very thick with a powerful taste.
3日目のランチは韓定食。Lunch on the third day was a traditional Korean set meal.
日本では食べられない韓国野菜など、珍しい食材や料理は面白い。It was interesting to eat these rare food ingredients like these Korean vegetables, which we cannot easily find in Japan.
何度かカフェも楽しみました。We also enjoyed several cafes.
ふんだんに果肉を使ったパフェのボリュームは凄かったー！The size of my fruit filled parfait was amazing!
本場のチヂミとトッポギ、めちゃくちゃ辛かったけれど、美味しくてマッコリがグビグビ進みました。These real Korean pancakes and tteokbokki were rather spicy, but they were so delicious and went well with the Makgeolli.
最後の夜は、夜景と、もちろんコスメショッピングも存分に楽しみました！On the last night I fully enjoyed the night view and of course did some cosmetics shopping!
お土産のコーヒー、レッスン時に是非飲んでみてくださいね。Hope everyone enjoys my souvenir coffee for the classes.
