Lake Hamana Minivelo 浜名湖ミニベロ≫

Last Sunday some PoPBunka! people went minivelo cycling around Lake Hamana. 先日の日曜日、何人かのポップブンカ生とミニベロで浜名湖一周してきました。
It was an absolutely gorgeous autumn day ... mild temperatures, bright sunshine, no wind, and not a cloud in the sky. 実に素晴らしい秋晴れの日でした…穏やかな気温、眩しい日差し、風もなく、空にはひとつも雲はありませんでした。
We left the parking area and rode clockwise around the lake, passing the historic Arai Barrier Station. 駐車場を出てから、歴史上重要な新居の関所を通り、僕たちは湖を反時計回りに走りました。
After riding through Kosai Tow, we rode up the west side of the lake, through some rice fields and then along the beachside. 湖西の町中を走り、田園風景を通り抜け、そして湖の西側の海岸沿いに出ました。
We stopped for lunch and after cruised along the northern and eastern sides of the lake where the views are especially impressive. ランチ休憩の後は、とびきり眺めが印象的な北側から東側にかけて走りました。
Towards then end of our ride we stopped in at 'Minna no Cafe' for tea time. サイクリングの終盤に、僕たちは"みんなのカフェ"に立ち寄りお茶休憩。
The view from the outdoor patio of the late-afternoon setting sun was breathtaking. 夕方にかけて、テラス席から望む夕陽は、息を呑むほどでした。
Thanks to all who participated and special thanks to Kengo for taxiing our bicycles to the lake! ご参加くださったみなさん、ありがとうございました。特にケンゴ、湖まで自転車の運搬をありがとう！
