Minivelo Picnic ミニベロピクニック≫

We had our PoPBunka! Minivelo Picnic last Sunday at Lake Sanaru. PoPBunka!ミニベロ・ピクニックを先週日曜日に佐鳴湖畔にて開催しました。
The weather was perfect with mild temperatures and cool breezes ... couldn't ask for anything better. 気温も高すぎず、涼しいそよ風もあり、絶好のお天気となりました。
I took all the picnic gear to Sanaruko very early in the morning and was surprised at how many people were exercising there at 6:30am! 早朝、ピクニック道具を佐鳴湖に運んだのですが･･･早朝６:３０にあんなにたくさんの人が湖畔でエクササイズをされているとは、ビックリでした。
Around lunchtime, we left PoPBunka! and rode our minivelo bicycles 30 minutes to the lake. お昼ごろPoPBunka!を出発して、佐鳴湖まで３０分ほどのミニベロ・サイクリング。
We made some minivelo parking art after we arrived ... a minivelo donut. 湖に到着した私達は、駐輪ついでにミニベロ・アートを作っちゃいました･･･題して「ミニベロ・ドーナツ」。
Hiroe-san prepared some great food for lunch and we had some mini bottles of wine to drink. ヒロエさんがすばらしいお昼を用意してくださり、ワインのミニボトルも用意しました。
I especially love drinking Riesling outside in the summer ... fresh and delicious! 夏に屋外でリースリングをいただくのが、特に好き･･･すっきり、おいしい！
We also brought some powdered matcha and made a few matcha beers. お抹茶も持参して、抹茶ビールも作りました。
I whisked up a few matcha lagers ... an interesting taste when the beer bitter and the tea bitter mix. 私も抹茶ラガーをたてました･･･ビールの苦味とお抹茶の苦味がミックスしてえもいわれぬ味わい。
One by one, after eating and drinking, we all took short naps on the cushions. 参加者それぞれ、食べたり飲んだりした後は、クッションに寝そべってお昼寝。
It was quite funny seeing everyone sleeping next to the lake on such a gorgeous day. いいお天気の中、みんなが湖畔で眠っている様子は、なかなか見物でした。
After waiting a few hours and drinking lots of green tea, we left Lake Sanaru. 何時間か過ごした後、たくさん緑茶を飲んでから、佐鳴湖を出ました。
Great weather, good food, good exercise, and fun friends made for a great day! 恵まれたお天気、おいしいご飯、良い運動、そして楽しいお友達･･･もう最高の一日でした！
Thanks to all who participated and we'll definitely try this again! 参加してくださった皆さん、ありがとうございました。そして、絶対にまた行きましょう！
