Mini Diet≫

I will start another diet. I tried the popular 'Banana Diet". But slowly it changed into a 'Tokyo Banana Diet'. The 'Tokyo Banana Diet' is very delicious. But it is not a very good DIET.
So, I will start a new diet. A 'Very Mini-Donut" diet. Eat one very mini-donut in the morning, then eat a regular meal for lunch and dinner. Finish the last meal 4 hours before bedtime. I will try this...
Does anyone have any diet advice for me?

Known that you are doing DAIET.
I recommend you that Toufu is good daiet food.
If you can eat Natto, it is very good daiet for you. Let's try this dish. Mix the Natou and Kimuchi in a jog, and then top with the Toufu which heated on the microwave.
This method was good effect for my husband.
And don't never eat Ra-a-men!!! ふむふむ・・・

Your advice is very good. I will try it. But one big big BIG problem... I can never NEVER stop eating ラーメン... especially チャーシュー面. How much does your husband weigh?
